Grandson of the Cacique Raoni, Tau Metuktire was designated by his people to carry the voice of the Kayapo and defend the ancestral forest. Trained from adolescence in public speaking and diplomacy, he has accompanied his grandfather for years in international forums. 

Leading a differentiated education project, he works to transmit traditional knowledge while preparing youth to use modern technologies. He officially represents the Cacique Raoni in certain international missions, and is actively engaged in the project Amazonia, the Heart of Mother Earth.
